Leakage free and noiseless – CHIU pump
The CHIU version of the Grundfos CHI range is specially designed for water supply applications. The CHIU is a leakage free pump, constructed without shaft seal. According to Grundfos this is made possible by a system whereby the pump motor is being cooled by the pumped liquids. Consequently, the CHIU pump operates practically noiseless, Grundfos claims.
Grundfos operates through a comprehensive network of subsidiaries and distributors throughout the world. Consequently the company is able to provide a global service network for its products. According to Grundfos, service technicians and spare parts can be made available at short notice practically anywhere, regardless of where a plant or factory unit with a built-in Grundfos pump may finally be employed.
